Season 2022

 

Individual reservation:

These general conditions of sale apply to any reservation made by a customer, subject to special conditions applied for special offers.

These conditions of sale are modifiable at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date on which the reservation is made.

These general conditions of sale are brought to the attention of the customer at the same time as his reservation request. Any confirmation implies on the part of the customer the full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Reservations are guaranteed for arrivals until 11:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. After 11 p.m., the hotel reserves the right to only keep guaranteed reservations for which the customer has notified the hotel of their late arrival. In the absence of any manifestation on the part of the customer, the cancellation conditions will apply to the reservation and the reserved room (s) will be freely put on sale.

The customer accepts and agrees to use the room with due diligence. Also any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will cause the hotelier to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a payment has already been made.

 

The rates :

The prices are indicated in Euros and inclusive of tax, plus tourist tax, for a determined number of people per room and for the chosen date. Breakfast and other services are billed as a supplement per person and per day, except special offers and boxes.

Since 2021, the tourist tax set by our municipality is € 1.32 / day / adult (from 18 years old), to be paid on site on the day of your departure.

No stay booked before the establishment of a possible promotional offer can be refunded, even partial.

General booking conditions:

Deposit:

The deposit is due for any reservation and is only deductible at the end of the agreement if it has been fully executed (Article 1590 of the Civil Code).

The payment of the deposit represents a determining and substantial condition of the reservation. If the deposit is not paid, the hotel cannot confirm the reservation and the availability of the room (s) reserved cannot be guaranteed.

A reservation will only be considered firm if accompanied by a deposit corresponding to:
– 1 night for any stay of 1 to 3 nights;
– 40% of the total amount of the stay, from 4 nights.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, American Express, Visa or MasterCard.

In accordance with article 1590 of the French Civil Code, the deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation. All security deposits paid are nonetheless refundable according to the cancellation conditions.

Terms of cancelation :

Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be sent in writing by the customer to the hotel (email – mail – fax). The date of receipt by the hotel of the modification or cancellation request is the date taken into account for the cancellation. Any request received will be the subject of a written response from the hotel’s Reservations Department.

Cancellation fees:

– between 45 and 31 days before the scheduled day of arrival: the deposit is refunded after deduction of 30 Euros administration fees.
– between 30 and 21 days before the scheduled day of arrival: the deposit will be postponed for a subsequent stay provided that the room has been re-let for the entire period concerned, otherwise: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
– between 20 and 10 days before arrival: 75% of the deposit will be kept, whether or not we have been able to re-let the room.
– 9 days or less before arrival: the full deposit will be retained, whether or not we have been able to re-let the room.

Modifications:

For any shortened stay, or the arrival of which is postponed, or with a reduction in the number of rooms, reported less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date; the canceled nights will be invoiced at the rate of 20 to 40% of the room rate according to our general cancellation conditions above. in their entirety.

For reservations made through partner websites, cancellation must be made through those websites. The cancellation conditions that apply are then specific to the partner and may therefore be different from those of Hotel Le Pinarello.

In the event of an extension of the stay, the general conditions of the hotel will apply to the additional nights.

Customers are reminded, in accordance with Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in Article L. 121-20

of the Consumer Code, as long as the services are provided on a date or according to a determined periodicity.

Special Conditions Linked to Boxes:

Reservations with our Boxes:

We ask for 40% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit at the time of booking.

The dates of your stay may be changed with a price adjustment no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival (depending on availability and price periods); in this case, the stay may be postponed before the end of the current season (stay cannot be carried over to the following season).

In the event of cancellation, the amount paid is non-refundable.

For any reservation, once your stay has been initiated, if it should undergo a reduction in time, the entire stay will remain due to the hotelier.

 

Offer with Buffet Breakfast included:

Any special offer including the Breakfast Buffet does not allow the deduction of breakfasts not taken; in case of room service the supplement will be starting from 5€ per person.

Arrival departure :

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am.

Any missing and / or damaged item found in the rooms or in the common areas of the hotel and not reported by the customer upon departure, will be invoiced and paid by debit from the customer’s credit card given as a guarantee.

Tobacco :

We inform you that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in our establishment (Anti-smoking law of 01/01/2008). If, however, a cigarette smell was detected in your room, we would be obliged to charge you the sum of 1000 Euros to cover the cleaning costs.

However, you are allowed to smoke on the terrace of your room and in the restaurant-bar.

Computing and Freedom:

Pursuant to Law 78-17, known as IT and Freedoms, customers are warned that their reservation is subject to computerized personal processing. Users have the right to access and rectify the data entered, which is exercised at the head office: SARL HÔTEL LE PINARELLO, Plage de Pinarello, 20144 Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio. It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties.

Hotel Le Pinarello offers free WIFI internet access. The customer user agrees that the computer resources made available to him will not be used in any way for purposes contrary to good morals and public order.

Le Pinarello has a video surveillance system in the public areas of the building.

Visuals
Every effort has been made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations and texts give as exact an overview as possible of the services offered. Variations may occur, in particular due to the change of furniture or possible renovations.

The same goes for the beach and the bay of Pinarello, nature being wild and changeable, the turquoise color of the water, the sun and the boats in our photographs may differ from day to day.

The customer can not claim any claim of this fact, since these variations do not relate to the essential characteristics of the service.

Pets :

For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in our establishment.

Responsibility :
In the event of exceptional events or cases of force majeure, the seller reserves the right to provide partial or full accommodation for customers in a local establishment at no additional cost. In the event of force majeure, unforeseeable events or events beyond its control, the seller must inform the customer by all possible means in order to limit potential damage.

The seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of the reservation in the event of force majeure, due to a third party, caused by the customer or by his partners.

Attribution of jurisdiction :

Any dispute that could not have been settled amicably, and relating to the validity and performance of this contract, will be subject to the assessment of the Ajaccio Commercial Court.
